The American Independence 250th Anniversary Coin Set
Stunning one-year-only coin designs, richly enhanced with distinctive finishes…
- To commemorate the Semiquincentennial celebration in 2026, the United States has released remarkable coins honoring 250 years of American independence.
- Struck at the Philadelphia and Denver mints, they feature stunning patriotic back designs honoring our founding ideals, historic documents and pivotal moments; most feature a one-time-only, 250th anniversary “1776-2026” dual date.
- Strictly limited to 2,026 collections nationwide, this PCS exclusive includes nine coins from each mint…richly enhanced in distinctive specialty finishes.
- Coins from Philadelphia are richly enhanced in a striking tri-metallic finish featuring platinum, gold and rose gold treatments; Denver coins are beautifully enhanced with 24kt gold electroplating and dramatic full-color highlights.
- Gold is the king of precious metals, having lined the tombs of kings and emperors for ages; platinum, which is much, much rarer, is known as “rich man’s gold”!
- Each coin is in uncirculated condition prior to enhancement…and is then encased in a crystal-clear holder to protect it for generations to come.
- FREE: A custom glass-front, frame-style wooden Display, complete with convenient hardware to hang on a wall or exhibit on a flat surface like a picture frame, will be sent free of charge with the third shipment.
- A Collector’s Guide, which provides fascinating narrative about each new coin design and the magnificent finishes showcased on the coins, is also included free of charge.
