- 1800’s: Minted in 90% pure silver, these “cartwheels” were created by engraver George T. Morgan and modeled after schoolteacher Anna W. Williams.
- 1900’s: Struck in 90% silver, it was among the final coins produced before the series ended in 1921 to make way for the new Peace Silver Dollar.
- 2000’s: First minted in 2021 to honor the 100th anniversary of the final Morgan, this modern issue precisely re-creates its size and design — in 99.9% pure silver.
